- Carry out plumbing, electrical, property maintenance or other trade services within your area of expertise. - Respond to job referrals and confirm availability when contacted. - Provide accurate quotations and agree the scope of work before accepting assignments. - Complete accepted jobs safely, professionally and to a high standard. - Communicate clearly with customers and the Ace Rapid Response team. - Attend scheduled appointments and provide updates where necessary. - Supply your own tools, equipment and transport appropriate to the work. - Maintain suitable insurance, qualifications and registrations for the services you provide. - Follow relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. - Report completed works and provide supporting photographs or documentation where required. Contractors remain independent and are free to accept or decline individual opportunities.

- Previous experience in plumbing, electrical work, property maintenance, building or another recognised trade. - Self-employed status or an established trade business. - Ability to cover South East London, Kent or surrounding areas. - Reliable communication and a professional approach to customers. - Own transport and appropriate tools for the services offered. - Public liability insurance appropriate to the work undertaken. - Relevant qualifications, certifications and registrations where required by law or the nature of the work. - Gas Safe registration for contractors undertaking regulated gas work. - Relevant electrical competence and certification for applicable electrical work. - Ability to provide evidence of experience, qualifications and insurance when requested. - Willingness to agree individual job terms, including pricing and responsibilities, before undertaking work. Emergency callout availability is advantageous but not essential. We welcome enquiries from experienced independent tradespeople and small trade businesses.
